My curiosity always begins with the question: “Why does it work this way?” Whether writing code, designing organizations, or optimizing productivity—I see it all as systems. I’m not someone who stops at adding features. I find greater joy in reimagining the fundamental structures and principles that enable things to work.

I shine brightest when I enter hyperfocus. The process of staring at tangled complexity until I find a simple, elegant solution that captures only what’s essential—that’s both my creative method and my pleasure. I don’t generate many ideas; instead, I think by connecting patterns across different domains and rebuilding frameworks from the ground up.

Even when I’m not working, I’m still designing the meta-structure of work itself. I don’t stop engineering—my attention simply shifts toward re-architecting how engineering gets done.
